I have had trouble communicating with businesses particularly when i am trying to get in touch with the owner. In my job as a sales consultant for a local payroll and HR company i have to get in touch with the business owners in order to present our services. I uses social media when i first send an email to a business owner as a reminder to respond to my email. I have used this a few times and it works quite well.

    It's great that you have been able to market your B2B services using social media. It is certainly easier than trying to get a hold of someone through their secretary!

    That's a great idea to use for anyone in business or even as a consumer. It seems a lot of people are staying more connected to their social media sites over checking their emails.
